Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima, today paid a visit to the Girls Government College, Chibok, where over 200 girls were abducted on April 14th, to have an on-the-spot assessment of the attack
While in the school, parents of the missing students told the governor that contrary to media reports that 129 girls were abducted, that the actual number is 234. They said the 129 girls earlier reported were science students who were in the school writing their WAEC exams, while the remaining 106 students were Arts students who were at their hostels when the attackers arrived.
