Photos : Armed Robbers Attack Church During Service In Ibadan

A gang of 7 armed robbers attacked a church - the Vine branch church headed by Reverend Sola Kolade - in Yemetu Ibadan while service was going on today.

According to an eye witness, the robbers arrived the church at about 12:30pm after the offering/tithes had been collected and told all members to lie on the ground. They allegedly killed 2 policemen outside the church after disrupting the service carting away lots of money (Tithes/Offering), phones and other items.

Some members allegedly sustained injuries during the 15minutes operation.

Yoruba Movie Academy Awards (YMAA). The YMA Awards is set to celebrate all the success stories of the Yoruba Movie Industry. The industry is rapidly progressing both at home and abroad and I dare say it is time to give credit to whom it is due. Let us take some time
out to celebrate these proud ambassadors of the great Yoruba race.

YMAA is set to hold in the transformed and historic city of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria as the YMAA nominations have been officially released, voting has started in Ernest as Yoruba movie fans have started clicking away to determine eventual winners in each YMAAwards category.
